Our Account Executives Say It Best

“I worked in the hospitality industry for 11 years before joining MSI in 2003 and can honestly see myself retiring at MSI. My husband and I have four kids and I can financially support all four by myself if something ever happened to him. There is no cap on what I bring home every two weeks. It’s all dependent on my ability to find quality candidates to send to employers. My manager and team support me every step of the way. I have never missed the annual incentive trip for top producers. The trips are top notch and give you an added reward for making a lot of money.”

Jennifer Hooser, National Managing Director
MSI Dallas (Since 2003)

“My parents were both accomplished recruiters and I grew up listening to how they enjoyed their work. I never thought that one day I would follow in their footsteps. My career path has always been in sales. I knew I wanted to work at a company where I could learn, grow and be successful. I’ve benefited from that kind of environment and great mentors at MSI. For most people, the hardest question to answer is, ‘Do you enjoy coming to work every day?’ My answer is ‘Yes!’ I never have the same day twice and there are always rewarding opportunities waiting on the other side of the phone.”

Sean Harrington, Banking Department Head
MSI Atlanta (Since 2012)

“Can you relate to my story? As a professional in the hotel and spa industry for 28 years, I often felt overworked and under paid. I believed that switching to a new career in midlife meant that I would have to start at the bottom and work my way up. I found that to be merely a myth after joining MSI. The coaching and leadership skills I have received has been life-changing and forever shifted my paradigm. I no longer live paycheck to paycheck and am building a very strong financial future for myself and my family. There is no glass ceiling. The sky is the limit. I truly love my new career and my MSI family.”

Kim Kelley, Recruiter
MSI Dallas (Since 2012)

“Most lucrative sales positions require a lot of travel and that often takes its toll on your health and family. I was always a good salesperson but was burned out from being on the road so much. With a young daughter, I needed to be home. Then, I discovered MSI. When I joined MSI in 2005, I didn’t know anything about recruiting. However, I knew I had the determination and discipline to learn and do it. Because of their training and support, I make a great living. I provide everything my child needs, including a mom that’s home every night. MSI is my lifesaver!”

Brenda Zuber, Managing Director - Healthcare and Manufacturing
MSI Monroe (Since 2005)

"While pursuing a degree in psychology, I thought I would be a career counselor. A part-time college job in telephone sales changed my mind. I’ve been recruiting since 1979 and love the entrepreneurial advantages. You have unlimited earning potential. Like most sales careers, recruiting is not a 9-to-5 job. It takes commitment and perseverance. We are not in business to help people; we are in business to make a great living. However, along the way, we do help people and that’s very rewarding."

Robin Schimenti, Managing Director and Senior Recruiter
MSI Atlanta (Since 2009)

"After a career in radio advertising, I joined MSI in 2005. I knew nothing of recruiting and quickly learned that my success would depend on my ability to remain coachable. Although I'm surrounded by a great team, I have the freedom to run my own desk without being micro-managed. I am proud of what I do and love that there is no limit on the income I bring home. Also, the incentive trips and recognition awards create extra motivation. I would recommend a career at MSI to anyone with self-discipline and a competitive mindset."

Rod Hall, Managing Director
MSI Dallas (Since 2005)

“I have enjoyed success before in the recruiting/staffing industry, but nothing compares to the positive, rewarding experience working at MSI. There is an abundance of coaching, training, and encouragement here. I love the people I work with, I love the work I do and I am in complete control of the money I make. There are no limits. I would encourage anyone looking for a great career and a wonderful place to work to take a look at MSI!”

Amy Williamson, Managing Director
MSI Dallas (Since 2002)

"After working in the logistics industry for several years, I wanted to travel less and spend more weeknights at home. I considered employment at several staffing firms and decided to take a position with MSI because of the work environment and management at the New Orleans office. I am able to strike a positive work/life balance and it’s very rewarding for me to help people improve their overall quality of life through securing better-suited work opportunities. Every day is different and I am being shown the financial rewards that can be reaped from bringing an honest work ethic to the job every day. “

Julie Helmstter, Engineering Recruiter
MSI New Orleans (Since 2016)
